2. Scope of Services

OnlineStarter.ro provides creation, modernization, optimization, and maintenance of digital presentation websites. The primary Start-Up package contains:

• Development of a responsive website tailored for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices;
• Free cloud hosting for the entire active lifetime of the client's registered domain;
• Configuration of 3 professional business email accounts;
• Installation and verification of an SSL security certificate (HTTPS);
• Foundational SEO setup and Open Graph metadata tags.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

The standard promotional fee for the Start-up package is 1000 LEI (discounted from 2000 LEI). Clients may select one of two payment options:

1. Single settlement: 1000 LEI upon contract signing;
2. 2 interest-free installments: Installment I of 500 LEI upon contract signing; Installment II of 500 LEI after 30 calendar days.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

In accordance with Law no. 8/1996 on Copyright and Related Rights, economic copyright in the source code specifically authored for the client is fully and exclusively assigned to the client upon full settlement of the agreed total price.

5. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Protection

Any dispute will first be addressed amicably. Consumers have the right to access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the European Commission:
